1. Overview
Garden Library Space ("we", "us", "our") is an online marketplace operated by The Authority Club. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. What we sell
We sell academic papers, study guides, past assignments, and related educational materials ("Papers"). All Papers are sold strictly as reference and study materials to help students understand academic standards, structure, and content.
3. Permitted use
You may purchase Papers for your personal, non-commercial study and reference use only. You may read, save, and refer to Papers for educational purposes. You may not submit any Paper as your own original work to any educational institution. Doing so would constitute academic misconduct and is solely your responsibility.
4. Academic integrity
Garden Library Space does not condone academic dishonesty. Our materials are intended as legitimate study aids — the same way a student might consult a model answer, textbook solution, or worked example. The responsibility for how you use any Paper rests entirely with you.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Prices are displayed on each listing before purchase. A processing fee may be applied at checkout to cover payment provider charges. All sales are in the currency displayed on the listing.
6. Access and downloads
Upon successful payment, you receive permanent personal access to download the purchased Paper. Access is tied to your account and may not be transferred, shared, or resold. We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated.
7. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a Paper has been accessed or downloaded. If you believe a Paper was materially misrepresented, contact us at gardenlibraryspace@gmail.com and we will review your case individually.
8. Intellectual property
All Papers sold on Garden Library Space remain the intellectual property of Garden Library Space or the respective rights holders. Purchasing a Paper does not transfer any copyright. Redistribution, resale, or republication of Papers is strictly prohibited.
9. Disclaimer
Papers are provided "as is" for reference purposes. We do not guarantee that any Paper will result in a particular grade or outcome. Academic standards vary by institution and we make no representations about the suitability of any Paper for your specific course.
10. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
