1. Overview
Garden Library Space ("we", "us", "our") was built by The Authority Club. By accessing or purchasing from this website — including our academic papers marketplace and our Pathway Match feature — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our services
We offer two services: (a) academic papers, study guides, past assignments, and related educational materials ("Papers"), sold strictly as reference and study materials to help students understand academic standards, structure, and content; and (b) "Pathway Match", a paid feature that generates a personalised CBC Senior School pathway and track recommendation for a Grade 9 learner, based on academic results and interests submitted by a parent or guardian.
3. Permitted use
You may purchase Papers for your personal, non-commercial study and reference use only. You may read, save, and refer to Papers for educational purposes. You may not submit any Paper as your own original work to any educational institution. Doing so would constitute academic misconduct and is solely your responsibility.
4. Academic integrity
Garden Library Space does not condone academic dishonesty. Our materials are intended as legitimate study aids — the same way a student might consult a model answer, textbook solution, or worked example. The responsibility for how you use any Paper rests entirely with you.
5. Pathway Match
Pathway Match generates its recommendation using an AI model based on the grades, assessment results, and interests you submit. It is provided for informational and planning purposes only, does not constitute official guidance from KICD, KNEC, or any school, and is not a substitute for confirming subject and pathway selection with your child’s school. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, placement, or result from following a Pathway Match recommendation. The recommendation is only as accurate as the information you provide. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the learner and have the authority to submit their academic information for this purpose; the information is used solely to generate and, if you save your result code, retrieve your recommendation.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Prices are displayed before purchase. A processing fee may be applied at checkout to cover payment provider charges. All sales are in the currency displayed at checkout.
7. Access and results
Upon successful payment for a Paper, you receive permanent personal access to download it, tied to your account; this access may not be transferred, shared, or resold. Upon successful payment for Pathway Match, you receive a single generated recommendation and a result code that lets you retrieve that same recommendation again later. We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated.
8. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a Paper has been accessed or downloaded, or once a Pathway Match recommendation has been generated. If you believe a Paper was materially misrepresented, or that a Pathway Match charge failed to produce a result, contact us at gardenlibrary2020@gmail.com and we will review your case individually.
9. Intellectual property
All Papers sold on Garden Library Space remain the intellectual property of Garden Library Space or the respective rights holders. Purchasing a Paper does not transfer any copyright. Redistribution, resale, or republication of Papers, or of a Pathway Match recommendation, is strictly prohibited.
10. Disclaimer
Papers are provided "as is" for reference purposes; we do not guarantee that any Paper will result in a particular grade or outcome, and academic standards vary by institution. Pathway Match recommendations are likewise provided "as is" as one input among many for a family’s decision-making, and we make no representations about the suitability of any recommendation for your child’s specific circumstances.
11. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
